Love this spot! The first time I tried this spot was months ago, came around 3pm and was seated immediately! The place was very clean and a few other people were eating here as well. Service was great, the servers are always attentive and made sure everything was good. If you're looking to trying a new Japanese/Thai fusion restaurant, I would 100% recommend coming here. Spicy miso ramen: 4/5 pretty good, kind of salty but nothing I couldn't tolerate Tom yum ramen: 5/5 my favorite!! I love tom yum soup and even though we came in while it was 102 degrees outside, I still enjoyed the ramen. If you love sour tom yum soup, I would recommend trying this out Cream cheese wontons: 2/5 not my cup of tea, but it's good for what you pay for. A good appetizer to fill our stomach up before some entrees Crunchy roll: 5/5 my boyfriend and I enjoyed this roll. We're very simple people, if it's good then it's good Candy roll: 4/5 this roll has avocado, shrimp tempura and spicy crab meat on top. Very simple roll, nothing too complicated If you're open to trying local spots in Long Beach, definitely check this place out! Will be coming back again to try the Thai dishes soon.

Pass by this restaurant several types since I have moved down the street. Decided to try it out today and was I full afterwards was able to finish a bottle of sake plus all the food I ordered. Definitely coming back to try other rolls. Service was fast and efficient.

This place is highly underrated because they produce very good sushi. Its in no way authentic to Japan, but its the type of sushi you want when you need your fix. Our poke bowl was complete with a generous portion of thick cubes of fish. Its felt simple, its no frills, and the interior has a wooden rustic charm.

I allowed myself to get carried away by all the enthusiastic reviews, so I arrived with high expectations. I eagerly anticipated the Thai ramen to blow me away, but I stayed put. What's equally unexpected was how good the sweet mango rice was. I am glad that my son ordered that dessert for us to share. The ramen wasn't bad, but I expected more from the broth. It's easy to get ramen at many places in Long Beach, but ramen with a Thai twist was certainly novel. I was hoping for more exotic spices, and it came up more mundane. I also expected more customers on a Sunday evening, but the relatively large indoor dining area only had a few tables occupied. I think the post-pandemic surge in restaurant dining has significantly ebbed. Service was both attentive and efficient. We placed our orders right away, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. There was plenty of parking in their private lot, but making a left turn going westbound from PCH could get a bit tricky.

Came here on a Saturday around 3:30pm to pick up from mobile order. Parking lot available. No wait to get my food. Plenty of space to sit and service was quick and friendly! Ordered the wonton soup it was tasty broth had flavor and shrimp were big. Also got the crunch roll it was filling and tasted fresh. Thai tea was on the sweeter side but good. Overall, would come again to try other thing on the menu!

I've been going to Shin before they became Shin. It was my go to sushi spot 10 years ago and so happy I got to experience it with my son who has been curious about this place. The restaurant is an establishment on its own with their own parking lot. It's not in a plaza shared with other businesses which I can appreciate because I don't come across many restaurants like this. There's plenty of seatings outdoor and indoor. Their restroom needs a little TLC. I love that they offer Happy Hour 3p-7p. My son and I ordered the cheese wontons which was completely different than what I was expecting which was the cream cheese wontons. These wontons were made with actual cheese and tempura. We ordered the 3 roll $35 combo and ordered crunchy, super cal and king of kings - we were pleased with all. We got the pleasure of being served by Tammy who I recognized from years ago. She offers great customer service, very accommodating.
